Ing. arch. Mgr. Klára Brůhová, Ph.D. is a scholar in the field of history and theory of architecture of the twentieth century and works in the Department of Theory and History of Architecture at the Faculty of Architecture, CTU in Prague (research, lectures, seminars etc.). Klára Brůhová graduated from the Faculty of Architecture, CTU in Prague (2010, master’s degree, Architecture and Urbanism), from Academy of Arts, Architecture, and Design in Prague (2013, master’s degree, Theory and history of design) and from Faculty of Arts of Charles University in Prague (2011, bachelor’s degree, Art History). In 2015, she presented her Ph.D. thesis “Prague Unbuilt“.
Klára Brůhová publishes papers on history and theory of architecture in printed and online periodicals. She is an author of chapters and texts in several books and proceedings concerning architecture, art and urbanism of the twentieth century.
