Marketing professional focused on brand strategy, integrated marketing communication, digital marketing and innovation. Currently works as a Strategy Director at Soulmates, Prague based brand experience, and creative agency.

Tom worked for the biggest international advertising agencies in the past seven years as a strategic planner or strategic planning director (i.e. Ogilvy&Mather, VCCP Prague, etc.), where he created brand or campaign strategies for clients like PUMA, BMW, MINI, Red Bull, Simply Cola, Bang & Olufsen, Airbnb, Nestlé, L’Oreal Maybelline, Staropramen, Carling British Cider, LEGO, Heineken, Desperados, UniCredit Bank, etc.

He lectures New media journalism at Charles University in Prague because of his experience in new media journalism in TV broadcasting. Tom worked at Czech TV, a public TV broadcaster, where he has led digital strategy, prepared big interactive coverages of Olympics, elections, and other big events, giving rise to New media division, which now operates all digital, mobile, and social media activities. He also created digital or social media strategies for other local media such as iDnes.cz (biggest Czech online news website), TV NOVA (biggest TV station) and he was part of a launch of paid sports channel O2.
